How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Direct Cancellation

    • Customers can directly cancel their order by logging into their Stonescence account and navigating to the Order History section.
    • If the order has not been fulfilled yet, you will see an option to cancel the order.
  2. Request Cancellation via Customer Care

    • If you’re unable to cancel the order online, you can contact our customer care team to request cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • For successfully cancelled orders, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as a coupon code, which can be used on your next purchase.

Important Notes

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled (shipped).
  • Stonescence reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if the order has already been processed for delivery.
