We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged.
- The item received is not what you ordered.

- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Free Return Shipping: Stonescence will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a coupon code of equal value will be provided, redeemable on your next purchase.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not reported within 3 days will not be accepted.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be processed for refunds.
